Internationales Begegnungszentrum, IBZ
Bielefeld University

April 25 to 26, 2013

We would like to invite you to participate in our 8th international “Kosmologietag” (`Cosmology Day') organized in Bielefeld on April 25th/26th, 2013.

This short workshop consists of mainly contributed talks, complemented by two or three invited overview talks. This year's overview talks will be given by

Ruth Durrer
, University of Geneva,
What Galaxy Surveys Really Measure

and by

Ken Ganga, APC Paris,
The First Planck Cosmological Results

The workshop will begin after lunch on Thursday, April 25th, with 2-3 sessions, followed by a workshop dinner. On Friday, April 26th, there will be another 2-3 sessions - finishing around lunchtime, so that the return travel is in principle possible on the same day.

You are welcome to submit a title of a contributed talk (15 minutes + 5 minutes discussion) about any aspect of cosmology. Areas of cosmology which we are expecting to cover include (but are not limited to) the CMB, large scale structure, dark matter, inflation, dark energy (and its alternatives), baryo- and leptogenesis.

It is no longer possible to submit talks.
Registration is closed now.

Talks - with the exception of the overview talks - should last 15 minutes + 5 minutes discussion.

A moderate registration fee of 40 Euro is to be paid cash upon arrival.

In general, no financial support for travel and accommodation is foreseen. For questions concerning talks or support (in individual cases), please contact:
